Return & Refund Policy – 3D Layer Legends

We want you to be happy with your purchase from 3D Layer Legends. As a family-run business, we handle every item with care and pride — whether it's a collectable toy or one of our custom 3D prints.

Please read our returns policy below before placing your order.

Standard Items (Non-Custom Products)

Under UK consumer law, you have the right to return most non-custom goods within 14 days of receiving them. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition and quantity as received.
You must contact us within 14 calendar days of delivery to initiate the return.
Returns must be posted back to us within a further 14 days from your notice of cancellation.

Valid reasons for return may include:

Incorrect item received
Item arrived damaged
Item significantly not as described

We do not accept returns for:

Change of mind
Wear and tear from use

Once we’ve received the returned item and confirmed its condition, we will issue a refund (excluding original postage) or offer a replacement.

Custom 3D Printed Items

All custom 3D printed items are non-returnable and non-refundable, in line with UK Distance Selling Regulations for made-to-order goods.

Each 3D print is made just for you, based on your order. For this reason, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on any custom-made or personalised products unless the item is faulty.

Please be aware:

Minor cosmetic imperfections (e.g., small surface lines or slight texture inconsistencies) are a natural part of the 3D printing process and do not qualify as defects.
We quality-check every item and aim to keep imperfections to an absolute minimum.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage.
