Our 3D printed models are fan-made artistic representations, inspired by popular themes and characters. They are not official products unless otherwise stated. All product descriptions, dimensions, colours, and features are provided to the best of our ability.
Due to lighting, screen variations, or hand-finished elements (especially on 3D prints), minor differences may occur.
3D printed items may contain layer lines or slight cosmetic variations, as is normal for the process. We strive to keep these to a minimum.

Understanding the Terms & Conditions

Prices & VAT: All prices shown include VAT unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Order Fulfilment: Licensed toys are sourced from UK distributors; 3D items are made to order. Processing times may vary.
Returns: Licensed toy products may be returned within 14 days if unopened and in original packaging. Custom 3D prints are non-returnable unless faulty or damaged.
Suitability: Toys and models will include relevant age restrictions. Please ensure items are suitable for the intended recipient.
Shipping: UK and international shipping available. Some international orders may be subject to additional customs fees.
Customer Responsibility: It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide correct shipping details. Missed deliveries or input errors may incur additional fees.

Safety & Age Guidelines

All licensed toys will carry safety markings such as UKCA, CE, EN71 or ASTM where applicable. Most items are not suitable for children under 36 months due to small parts. 3D printed items are not toys unless specifically stated and should be handled with care.
